I am trying to join FiftyDating but the site says the information for payment is incorrect when in fact it is all accurate I could not find a contact number so I have gone through this site
I was recently (2016) scammed by "Academic Singles". After I signed up for a free account, they kept sending me messages saying that specific women were interested in me. Each woman had a picture that was blurred out, but several of them appeared reasonably attractive at a guess.
Eventually, my curiosity was eventually piqued and I signed up for a package. Then and only then did I find out that the women I was curious about had NOT uploaded any pictures, and the photographs were "placeholders" put up by Academic Singles. In short, it was a scam.
Within the hour I signed up, it became clear to me that I had been cheated. I then contacted Academic Singles about a refund and stopped using the service. After several emails, it was abundantly clear that they had no intention of processing any such refund. Their incredible response? "Rather than have a blank space in your profile, the use of a placeholder template photo to fill the space where your profile picture should be has a proven positive effect."
In other words, they are blatantly and quite smugly deceiving us.
Their latest excuse for rejecting the refund is that I had already used their service and had read/sent a large number of messages. These messages were all read/sent within that first hour, all to women who had first indicated interest in me, and almost all to let them know (nicely) that I did not return their interest. The others were to a bunch of very different looking women who had all written me the exact same message asking me to contact them at the same email address (lol).
Incidentally, the real women who had written me were all NOT academics.
I have previously signed up for other dating services and know that legitimate businesses do not use fake pictures to lure in customers. The ratio of genuine to fake users is also far worse here than on any other site I have used. I had googled Academic Singles extensively before signing up and had not seen any evidence that they are scammers. To put it simply, there is no way an uninformed person could know that this particular website engages in deception of this sort. So here I am to tell you this so you don't waste your money and time here.

After using this site for a while, it became quite obvious that many of the profiles were fake. A lot of the photos were easily found via google. Admin didn't seem to care and I was quickly banned for bringing it up.
I joined Older Dating Agency & found it to be a farce. You only seem to receive mass introductions instead of messages from people who have actually reviewed your profile, people I've shown interest in (winks, messaged) suddenly become 'inactive members'. It's absolute BS so don't waste your time or money using this site.
Yes many photos of women with lots of skin showing. The three day trial is touted strongly and within seconds of my signing and credit details taken had emails inviting to chat, none of them within my preferred area as I had not completed my profile. Admin had an email very soon asking to "Upgrade" within minutes. Not even enough time to read through the various recommendations that the site has available. Having completed my profile was getting chat requests from everywhere other than my area. On contacting members in my area from the 'Search' facility it was obvious that some were not authentic. A big percentage in the age range 18 to 35 which I was not interested. Then I was requested by one of the supposed admin people from Sydney to get I.D. Verification. A BIG MISTAKE. After three hours of following into other sites to prove I was "safe and secure" my credit card was not being accepted and I was being assured continuously that I would loose no money. I was asked to use another credit card to continue. Well, I only have one card, but that did not deter them. Was told to go and get another one straight away as I was only two steps from completion. At last the bells were ringing and I contacted my Bank online and was told that I had at least 17 transactions lodged to my account. The Bank Officer advised to cancel my card immediately, log off the site and close my email account. The bank would do what they could and in due course a claim against FRAUD would be applied and maybe in 5 to 10 weeks all monies would be refunded. I count at least $588 charged to my account. WARNING , Never believe any of these folks at Admin in "getnaughty.com" . Having since checked it is a USA siteand there in America there are so many dozens and dozens claiming that this site is such a scam and has been for a long time. Unfortunately it takes a while for the BAD news to filter through to us here in AUS.

Pretty much the same as above; short, nonsensical communications, and it seems clear that these women are getting paid by the note received (and not the words written, like some poets of old!). I have been through about 6 cycles of buying 50 credits each (really too much), and it's always the same - talked to about 30 women on the site, and the response patterns were all the same - offer an email address (even disposable; safe as!), and it was '...don't feel safe...', and a number of other prevarications.
I actually also signed up as a woman (thinking females may get a better credits deal), and that was not the case - no men contacted me, even though I put up some saucy pics (lifted from an old girlfriend), so I think probably the site is really for lifting money off men, by women - and the men and their profiles may well be all bogus!

As written in the previous reviews, this site presents itself in the manner that seems to encourage communication.
In my case, I viewed numerous women in and around my age group.
So I wasn't looking into to many younger women.
Having said that, the usual style in these sorts of sites, is to pander to your selections in your search criteria.
But unfortunately, the same pattern occurs.
Short replies to encourage you to buy more credits. It does get costly.
Location admittance is very suspect.
When you offer to communicate outside of the site, the replies are all very generic.
"I prefer that we chat here", "I don't feel comfortable chatting outside of here".
"I'm serious about you, but I prefer that we chat here".
Some of the replies are also very sceptical.
If these women were in the locale that they stated they were in, the replies would be a lot more understandable.
Instead, the replies are written in a form of broken English. It's almost as if they're using a language translator.

I have just cancelled my account of the above dating site. No joining fees only pay for each chat that is made to a member. Having contacted I think 10 members a pattern became obvious. All replies from members were short and encouraged to answer or request info not mentioned by me. The chat was restricted to 500 digits including spaces. I used half or more in my quest to get information or comment from the female member. Not once did I ever get anywhere near a full response, in fact rarely up to 100 digits. Each chat costs between $1.50 and $1.90. Also only twice was the area where the member lived given after more than one request. A headline of the site shows local and in fact the designation is Territory meaning in Australia State. This is Fraudulent and Dishonesty in marketing and somehow should be investigated or a pulblic warning be published widely. If not a SCAM it is certainly close.The two times I got the area were in fact 350 to 450kms from my home. I did send my concerns to the Support link given but did not receive any response at all. Overall my experience was not a happy one, more frustrating, annoying and certainly costly. Can strongly advise that this site be avoided.

Tried this site and found that it can be extremely expensive. It costs 10 credits to send and read messages. You will have a lot of people messaging you with their hi's which cost credit. I didn't even get to the stage of uploading a profile and there were so many people who wrote to me. Conversations with the people on it seemed unnatural and I came to the conclusion they were either bots, or paid guys working to give replies.
