Unable to create a profile No Support

I have been told about this site. On 4 occasions now I have tried to create a profile and have never succeeded. I received an auto generated message say profile was under review and have "NEVER" received any reply. So I guess there must be something weird going on. All my house mates have profiles but I can't create one with my yahoo email address. POOR SERVICE
