Warning,
The Be2 dating agency, uses intimidation and threatening actions when endeavouring to collect a so called annualised one off charge.
Let me explain - in October 2011 I used Be2 for a short period of three months, basically as a trial, nothing eventuated so apart from just the odd viewing which is free I have had no further dealings. However, in October 2012 my credit card was charge with $270 NZ which I immediately had the Bank reverse. It turned out that Be2 had annualised the charge. On the basis that it was part of a "so-called" Contract. This service was not solicited or used. However, Be2 insisted that the only way to get out of it was to send them a signed fax. I immediately advised them that I had not physically sent them my signature in the first instance in 2011 and I had no intention of doing so.
It doesn't stop here - I have received numerous threatening emails - the last one as follows:
"Dear xxx
There is a valid contract between you and be2 we take now legal measures and hand your case to our collection agency. You will be contacted shortly.
We are also prepared to take further legal actions in case your payment obligations are not promptly met. This action will definitely affect your financial credibility.
Sincerely,
Your be2 team"
Accordingly I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a good Dating Agency do not use Be2.

Aggressive
Do not subscribe to any of their services they will annualise the charge.
I also had a very similar experience to this company and I refused to pay the fees they charged as I had sent them emails following their terms and conditions to the letter to cancel my contract they refused to cancel my contract and kept billing my card. I terminated the card with the bank and put in a claim with the card company which I won. Be2 did not like this and within 3 weeks and they had sent a debt collector and served me with legal papers to collect the debt and all legal fees associated with this maneuver. I wrote to the debt collector and explain the position and I showed them the emails i sent where I'd conformed to their terms and conditions and had no reply from B2. I also informed the debt collectors that Be2 had failed in their own conditions to reply in a certain time and i eas only getting gake profiles, bots, scammers and no real profiles so Be2 too had failed in their Duty to provide real profiles to my to my account. The debt collectors wrote back and sent me the terms and conditions again at which point I wrote back and sent them a copy of Australian and in particular the states consumer law which stated that it overroad the conditions of the company and the company must do as they advertise and had not so had voided their contract to me and as soon as that it happened the debt collector removed the claim from me and also advised me they would not handle Be2 claim any longer and that is how you beat Be2 as they may take up with you and how to fight such a case any further. I would highly recommend this is a tactic to get out of paying be2 if they play hardball and you have complied as they are rude they do not follow their own terms and conditions they are liars and stay well away.
