Annoyed & bewildered

Without my formal consent Aussiemen renewed my 12 month subscription to their website since they took the $89.00 from my credit card i have sent their support 8 emails of complaint starting on the 28th of July as of today 11th Sept not one has been acknowledged does anyone know of another way other than the email address [email protected]
I would be grateful if anyone can help
