Has the potential to be an excellent site.

Just needs a more caring and helpful approach.

We know at the end of the day the idea is for the site to make money - but it could be run in a much more pleasant and efficient manner.

Pros
Nice people using the site.
Searches as to area, age etc very effective once you figure out how to use them.

Cons
Chat does not connect
Multiple Profiles common and confusing, causing lost posts, photos etc. Friend I am sorting out at present,has two main profiles and 13 phantoms.
Not at all helpful with problems and follow up.
Very little help for people using the site, we are not all computer geeks.
