The company ALCLUDA.COM is located in Cyprus and ownership of the company is unobtainable,just like Anstasia.com,White Label.com.They do this to stop any type of prosecution for the fraud they conduct.
Another trick with ALCLUDA.COM,is the scam that gets you to join sister sites for dating verification.It is a lie,police of any nation do not hand out police records to email applicants, via email or any other means.This scam was prolific on all ALCLUDA.COM sites.

So intially you think $11 I give it a go, but when you go through to the paying section it charges you angain a further $10 ,so instead of $11 youend up paying $21. As soon as you create a provile all sorts of people around the world start contacting you, which is very dogy. Ther is no function to block these people. Ther is no function to favourite people either. Ther are mulitple with the smae photo, but different names. My guess is that 30% of the may be real and the rest are made up by the site.

I agreed to a three day trial membership and missed the very fine print that if you do not cancel it, it will automatically roll over into a Platinum Monthly Membership. I attempted to cancel this repeat subscription I had never intended to have and it takes you through a process where it says it will send you out a special cancellation code within the next hour and then you have 24 hours to use it to successfully cancel your membership. The problem is the email with the code never arrives. I requested it several times over a few days and received nothing. I checked my different spam and trash folders and it was not there either. At the same time, other emails from the site promoting it arrived without any problem. I contacted customer service and they told me they cannot cancel the account on my behalf and the only way is through that process and to check my spam folder. Very convenient for them. In the end, I thought it would be easier just to cancel my credit card as I did not want to waste any more of my time.
Save your time and trouble. Avoid this website! There are many others which do the right thing by their customers.

this site should be re-named con dating or scam dating, as it appears to be a total scam to me. I get random winks and messages from fake people. These con merchants have took my money under false pretenses.
The Be2 dating agency, uses intimidation and threatening actions when endeavouring to collect a so called annualised one off charge.
Let me explain - in October 2011 I used Be2 for a short period of three months, basically as a trial, nothing eventuated so apart from just the odd viewing which is free I have had no further dealings. However, in October 2012 my credit card was charge with $270 NZ which I immediately had the Bank reverse. It turned out that Be2 had annualised the charge. On the basis that it was part of a "so-called" Contract. This service was not solicited or used. However, Be2 insisted that the only way to get out of it was to send them a signed fax. I immediately advised them that I had not physically sent them my signature in the first instance in 2011 and I had no intention of doing so.
It doesn't stop here - I have received numerous threatening emails - the last one as follows:
"Dear xxx
There is a valid contract between you and be2 we take now legal measures and hand your case to our collection agency. You will be contacted shortly.
We are also prepared to take further legal actions in case your payment obligations are not promptly met. This action will definitely affect your financial credibility.
Sincerely,
Your be2 team"
Accordingly I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a good Dating Agency do not use Be2.
